If you are highly skilled and have a history of successful and professional installs and good references you will be very well paid per job. If you have a team and are able to complete jobs to spec and professional and timely you will be a valuable asset to our business and well compensated. Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidates will possess strong organizational abilities, a dedicated work ethic, and a demonstrated aptitude for mechanical tasks. Availability is essential, as the standard work schedule runs Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Selected individuals will be expected to perform installations with a high degree of efficiency and professionalism.
Preferred Experience and Skills
Preference will be given to applicants with proven expertise in residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Individuals who exhibit leadership qualities and mentoring skills are especially valued and may receive higher compensation when these attributes are demonstrated. We encourage applicants with a variety of skill sets to apply, as we offer multiple positions within our team to accommodate different experience levels.
Compensation and Benefits
Our organization provides weekly compensation, which may be structured as hourly pay or on a contract basis, depending on experience and the candidate’s fit within our company. Pay rates are highly competitive and reflect each applicant’s background, trade knowledge, and ability to complete work promptly and professionally. Very flexible on hours and time off. Teams with established expertise are also welcome to apply. Additional earning opportunities—including commissions and weekend assignments—may be available on occasion. Notably, after-hours service responsibilities are not part of this role.
