I am moving and I'm looking for a roommate to replace me in a lease for only 6 months. Lease ends on May 31, 2024 and move in day can be december 1 or even the week before. This is a 3 bedroom bungalow with a basement and one full bathroom. Perfect location only 5 minutes from downtown Royal oak in a really nice neighborhood! Currently one male (39) is occupying the bedroom upstairs. One or two bedrooms is available on the main floor. Monthly rent is $735 (no utilities included) IF you would want only 2 people total living in the home. $650 total rent including utilities if I have to find 2 people for both rooms. Rough estimate of utilities is about $150/month per person, can be more or less. $500 refundable security deposit needed. If a furnished room is needed I can provide that for an extra $100 per month for one room only.
