Owned 12 years (mowing & plowing year round). Kept in garage. Everything works. Engine starts & runs great. Selling because I upgraded to an Ingersoll.

The chassis (tractor & mower deck) could use maintenance. i.e. Belts, pulleys, mower blades, & possibly spindle bearings.

Rear tires leak. Need to add air before using, but they'll last for the day.

Replaced shift selector plate with a home-made metal plate. Functional, but not pretty.

Everything works, but needs some TLC & maintenance to make it "nice".
